Exchange/Returns
Returns are not accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Small business can not compete with the superstores in this area.
Exchanges must include the entire original intact packaging of item, copy of the receipt, and reason for exchange. Item must be in its original condition, smoke-free, unworn, with tags still attached. In accordance with Federal Health Codes, Sanitary/Health concerns all Intimate Apparel, Swimwear, Sensual Aids, Leather, Vinyl, Hosiery are not exchangable. If the item is made in-house and has a manufacturer defect, we will repair or exchange it. Other manufacture defects will also be exchanged or repaired.
Shipping
Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days depending on its availability in our store. In the event that your order contains out of stock merchandise as well as in stock merchandise, we will ship the in stock items immediately.
Back orders do happen and we try our best to keep this at a minimum. All back orders will be shipped when they become available with an additional shipping charge. If you would like to cancel your back order or inquire about items availability Please send an email to info@basictease.com. You will be notified if the out of stock merchandise has been discontinued. In most cases once your order has been placed we cannot cancel the order.
We offer 2-3 Day Shipping: Flat rate is $6.99. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via USPS Priority shipping method. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days after leaving our store. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Express Delivery Shipping: We can establish additional charges after you place your order. Send us an email if you would like Express Shipping. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via USPS Express Delivery shipping method. Please note that you can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business days after leaving our store. We will try our best to get merchandise out of the store the same day. Some cities may take up to 2 business days.
International Orders: Basic Tease will provide worldwide service. We can establish additional charges after you place your order. Processing times for Foreign Orders are the same as regular orders. Most orders will leave our store in 1-2 business days. In the event that your order contains out of stock merchandise as well as in stock merchandise, we will ship the in stock items immediately. Back orders do happen and we try our best to keep them at a minimum. All back order merchandise will be shipped when they come available with an additional shipping charge. Basic Tease is not responsible for any lost or missing packages for International airmail delivery.
All prices are in U.S Dollars. Buyer is responsible for duties and customs fees. Carriers shipping international packages may charge an additional brokerage fee upon delivery. Basic Tease is not responsible for any of these charges.
Package Tracking: We will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order. Your USPS delivery confirmation number will be available to you once the item is shipped. Just send us an email and we will send you the delivery confirmation number.
Shoe Orders
We do order shoes for our customers that are not in stock at the store. If you order special order shoes and want to exchange them, you will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee if we feel the shoes can not be resold. This will help cover the cost and time the shoe stays on the shelf. The in store purchases policy states that all sales are final!
