Most items are shipped within two to ten business days depending on it's availability in our warehouse. In the event that your order contains out of stock merchandise as well as in stock merchandise, we will ship the in stock items immediately. Back orders do happen and we try our best to keep them at a minimum. All back order merchandise will be shipped when they come available. You will be notified if your out of stock merchandise has been discontinued.
We will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check UPS online status page for live updates.
To protect all parties from fraud, we will not ship to another address other than the person placing the order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of business. Therefore, all orders shipping within Nebraska and Iowa will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Payment
All orders must be prepaid either by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard), Pay Pal or a Certified Check/MoneyOrder in U.S. Dollars only before shipments are made. You must provide us with matching billing address for your credit card. If this address does not match, your order will be voided, so please be sure to enter the correct billing information. Return/Exchange
Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt. A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all returns. Shipping, Handling and Return Postage are not refundable
Returns and Exchanges must include all the original packaging on items, copy of the invoice and note with reason for return/exchange. Items must be smoke-free, unworn, with tags attached. If their is noticeable wear or damage, The item(s) cannot be returned.
In accordance with Federal Health Codes, all intimate apparel, swim wear, marital aids are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects.
Shoe boxes must be wrapped so that we can resell the shoes. Failure to do so will include a $5 box fee.
Costumes and holiday apparel can be exchanged for correct size only. Any refused orders will be charged a restocking fee in addition to shipping. We will only exchange Halloween costumes until October 15th, all sales are final after this date.
